We are aiming at continuous improvement and gradually achieving no defects in our products.
For machining industry, the accurate dimension is always the most important. For this reason, we have purchased Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) which is imported from Germany Zeiss company, the inspection accuracy can reach 0.001 mm, inspection stroke 1800 mm x 1200 mm x 900 mm, and also equipped with image meter, pneumatic measuring instrument, deflection checker, surface roughness gauge and many calipers, micrometer, custom gauges and other dimension inspection equipment.
Hanstar attaches great importance to the material of precision parts. In order to meet the customer's requirements on the material of the parts, our factory is equipped with spectrometer, microscope, analyzer, tensiometer, hardness gauge and other material inspection equipment.
Hanstar asks the third party inspection company to calibrate the gauges every year.
Hanstar produces and inspects strictly the parts in accordance with our customers' 2D/3D drawings to meet the high standard of our customers' designs, so that our customers can put our parts into use directly after receiving them.
