  • Anodizing

    It is the application of electrochemical principles to produce an Chemical film layer on the surface of aluminum and aluminum alloys. This layer has many properties such as protecting, decorating, insulating, and wear-resisting.

    Mainly anodizing of aluminum parts. And the available colors are natural/black/blue/red/pink/purple/green/gold/silver anodizing, etc.

  • Plating

    It is a process to make the metal surface attached to a metal film, to avoid corrosion and conduct electricity as well as to improve the aesthetics of the parts.

    The plating options are zinc/chrome/nickel/gold/silver/tin plating, etc.

  • Sandblasting

    Sandblasting

    It uses fine abrasive particles to impact on the surface of the parts to make the surface create depressions like granulation to form a mist or erosion surface, which can achieve the effects of Rust removal, deburring, oxide layer removal, stress treatment, adjustment of friction coefficient, precision adjustment, high adhesion, beautifying, atomizing, matting, and improving the surface finish of the parts.

    The optional sandblasting is glass bead blasting, etc.

  • Brushing

    It is a surface treatment that makes the formation of line pattern on the surface of the part by grinding, thereby achieving the effect of decorating the parts.

    The options of brushing are straight wire drawing, messy wire drawing, corrugated wire drawing, rotary wire drawing, etc.

    It is a powder coating that is sprayed onto the surface of the part. Under the action of electrostatic force, the powder will be evenly adsorbed on the surface of the part, forming a powder coating.

    The optional powder coatings are high-gloss and matte.

  • Polishing

    After polishing, the surface of the workpiece is smooth with good reflection effect.

  • Knurling

    It is specially made into concave and convex patterns for the surface of machine parts to increase the friction or for easy holding.

  • Heat Treatment

    Heat Treatment

    The metal material is heated to a specific temperature, maintained for a specific period of time, and then cooled to room temperature or lower at a particular rate, to improve the material structure and obtain metal parts with excellent performance.

    The optional heat treatments are normalization, annealing, quenching, tempering and surface hardening.

  • Carburizing Nitriding or Carbonitriding

    Carburizing Nitriding or Carbonitriding

    It can improve the metal surface hardness and decrease the damage and corrosion. After carburizing and nitriding, the surface hardness of steel parts reaches HRC 55 to 62.
