HANSTAR PRECISION SHEET METAL FABRICATION SERVICES

Looking for a reliable sheet metal fabrication partner?

We provide comprehensive sheet metal fabrication services, including laser cutting, bending, welding, and surface treatments. We fabricate enclosures, brackets, frames and structural parts in cold-rolled steel, galvanized steel, stainless steel and aluminum — from single prototypes to volume production.

Send us your 2D or 3D drawings (DXF, DWG, STEP, PDF). Our engineers will review the design and respond with a quote within 24–48 hours.

As a precision manufacturer in Bao’an, Shenzhen, established since 1998, Hanstar supports sheet metal fabrication for the aerospace, automotive, medical and robotics industries — from prototypes to production runs.

Sheet Metal Fabrication From Prototype to Production

One-off prototype to confirm fit and finish, or a production run of thousands — laser cutting, bending and finishing applied to the same quality standard. Send us your drawing and get a quote within 24–48 hours.

Design for Sheet Metal

Every quote starts with a manufacturability review. Before the laser fires, our engineers check your design against what a press brake can actually do — and flag the details that make or break a formed part.
Bend Radius & K-Factor

An inside radius around 1× material thickness forms cleanly and stress-free; tighter radii may crack on harder grades like 304 or 5052-H32.

Holes Near Bends

Holes closer than about 2× thickness from a bend edge distort during forming — we move or resize them so they stay in spec.

Relief Cuts & Corners

Correct relief notches stop tearing at flanged corners and keep bend lines straight and square.

Consistent Gauges

Fewer gauge changes across a part means tighter nesting, less scrap and a lower per-piece price.

Popular Sheet Metal Materials & Finishes

We fabricate in cold-rolled and galvanized steel, stainless and aluminum across common gauges. Tell us the environment, load and finish — we’ll recommend the right grade.

Fabrication Equipment

  • Fiber Laser Cutting — steel, stainless & aluminum, common gauges
  • CNC Press Brake Forming — flanges, channels & multi-bend profiles
  • TIG / MIG / Spot Welding — frames, enclosures & structural joints
  • Surface Treatment — powder coating, plating, anodizing, brushing

What materials can Hanstar fabricate in sheet metal?

Cold-rolled and galvanized steel, stainless steel (304 / 316 / 430), and aluminum (5052 / 6061 / 6063) across common gauges.Material and thickness can be recommeded based on your part requirements.

Our standard tolerance for formed dimensions is typically ±0.1 mm, depending on the material, part geometry and forming process. Tighter tolerances can be discussed for critical features.

Typical lead time is 2–4 weeks depending on part complexity and quantity. Rush orders can be accommodated on request — please let us know your required schedule when requesting a quote.

Welding is performed by qualified welders, using controlled welding processes and parameters. Welded assemblies are checked for fit-up, distortion, weld appearance and overall dimensional conformity before shipment.

STEP, IGES, DXF, DWG and PDF. A flattened sheet-metal file (DXF) speeds up quoting.

Yes. Powder coating, zinc plating, anodizing, brushing, silkscreen printing, plus hardware insertion and full assembly.

There is no MOQ for prototypes and low-volume orders. For production runs, MOQ may vary depending on material, thickness, finishing and production requirements, and will be confirmed during quoting.

Yes. We support both prototypes and production batches, with processes including laser cutting, bending, welding, finishing and inspection. Production processes are adjusted to suit the required volume, part complexity and quality requirements.

Yes, worldwide. Common terms include EXW, FOB, CIF and DAP depending on your requirements.
