What tolerances can you hold on molded parts?
Our typical molded part tolerance is ±0.02 mm, with tighter control available on critical dimensions depending on material and part geometry.
What materials can you mold?
Engineering thermoplastics including ABS, PC, PC/ABS, PA6/PA66, POM, PEEK, PP, PE, PMMA, PBT, PPS and more — plus TPE/TPU elastomers and glass-fiber-reinforced engineering grades for higher strength and heat resistance.
Can you mold glass-fiber reinforced engineering plastics like PA66+GF and PEEK?
Yes. We mold glass-fiber-filled grades such as PA66+GF, PPS+GF and PEEK for parts requiring higher strength, stiffness, and heat deflection.
Do you provide full material reports or material certificates?
Yes. Every order is backed by full material reports and inspection documentation, with dimensional verification on critical features.
What secondary operations and surface finishing do you offer?
Deburring, polishing, sandblasting, painting, anodizing (for inserts), laser engraving, ultrasonic welding, surface texturing (SPI/VDI), pad/screen printing, CNC trimming, insert installation, and assembly — all under one roof.
Do you offer overmolding and insert molding?
Yes. We mold soft-touch TPE/TPU layers over rigid plastic, and mold metal inserts, threads, and electronics directly into parts in a single operation.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
For prototyping and low-volume orders there is no MOQ. For injection molding and large-scale production, MOQ depends on the tooling and process — we provide a detailed breakdown during quoting.
