Hanstar Technologies is a CNC machining company in Shenzhen, China, founded in 1998. We manufacture precision components for aerospace, automotive, medical and robotics customers.
We moved to Shiyan, Bao’an District in 2006 with ten machines and over thirty employees. We obtained ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 certification in 2009, established an injection molding workshop in 2013 and a die-casting workshop in 2018, and obtained AS9100D certification in 2020. In 2021 we installed our first German Hermle five-axis machining centers and Zeiss CMM inspection equipment.

Hanstar manufactures for overseas customers — primarily in Europe and North America, shipping to more than 20 countries worldwide.
Overseas customers deal with an English-speaking engineering team that answers in your working hours, and every order ships with the export documentation your customs broker expects — commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and material certificates.
Hanstar is an AS9100D certified CNC manufacturer in China, also holding ISO 9001:2015. For automotive customers we are an IATF 16949 machining supplier; for medical device customers, an ISO 13485 certified machining supplier.
These are not wall decoration — they are the reason aerospace, automotive and medical buyers can audit us against standards they already know.
