What alloys can you die cast?

Cast dimensions are typically ±0.1 mm, with critical features held to ±0.05 mm. CNC-machined features after casting hold ±0.01 mm, depending on geometry and alloy.

Yes. Dies are designed in-house by our engineers and reviewed for fill, cooling and ejection before manufacturing, so tooling and casting are handled by one accountable partner.

Die tooling typically takes 4–6 weeks, and production lead time is 2–4 weeks depending on part complexity and quantity. Rush schedules can be accommodated on request.

Yes. Threads, bores, ports and critical sealing faces are CNC machined after casting so parts arrive ready for assembly — drilled, tapped, machined and deburred exactly to print.
