AS9100D-Certified Aerospace Machining

Aerospace Components

Precision CNC machining for aerospace components on German Hermle 5-axis centers — titanium, Inconel and high-temperature alloys, held to ±0.002 mm on critical features and verified on a Zeiss CORTORA CMM before they ship. From one-off prototypes to production runs, we support the full range of our CNC machining services. In partnership with eVTOL enterprises since 2020, we machine flight-critical hardware that has to perform on the first part — and on every part.

What We Machine

Aerospace Parts We Machine

We machine aerospace parts every day — not just standard geometries, but the thin-walled, close-tolerance features that aircraft and UAV hardware demands. Since 2020 our machining has supported eVTOL enterprises on flight-critical structures and housings.

Housings & Enclosures

Motor housings, electronics enclosures and casing-style parts machined from billet to close-tolerance fits.

Structural Brackets & Fittings

Mounting brackets, lugs and fittings that carry real structural load — not just hold tolerance.

Impellers & Flow Components

Impellers, vanes and flow bodies whose geometry holds under rotation — verified on CMM, not eyeballed.

UAV & Aircraft Lightweight Structures

Thin-wall aluminum structures and frames for UAV and aircraft platforms where every gram counts.

Actuator & Mechanism Parts

Actuator housings, gear and linkage components with repeatable positioning and controlled backlash.

Avionics & Sensor Components

Precision enclosures, mounts and instrument parts for avionics and sensing packages.

What these numbers mean

±0.002 mm is only half the story. Every critical feature is verified on a Zeiss CORTORA CMM with 0.001 mm resolution, and 100% of shipments pass through final inspection before leaving the floor. That tolerance-to-verification loop is what aerospace buyers are really purchasing.

Materials

Materials for Aerospace Components

The alloys aerospace buyers care about most — titanium and Inconel — machined to spec, with AMS/ASTM material control on request.

Aerospace Components — Frequently Asked Questions

Straight answers to the questions buyers ask before sending a drawing.

What aerospace materials can you machine?

We provide aerospace CNC machining for titanium (Ti-6Al-4V / TC4, TA2), Inconel 625 and 718, 7075 and 7050 aluminum, 303/304/316 stainless steel, PEEK, POM, PEI, and ABS. Material specifications are controlled according to project requirements, with AMS/ASTM-compliant materials and material certificates available upon request.

Our 5-axis aerospace machining capability can achieve ±0.002 mm on critical features, with dimensional verification using a ZEISS CMM with 0.001 mm resolution. Machining tolerances are controlled against the requirements specified on your engineering drawings, with inspection results documented as part of our quality process.

Yes. We are AS9100D certified for aerospace and defense manufacturing and undergo independent audits. We also hold IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and ISO 13485 certifications. Our quality management system covers production control, inspection, documentation, and traceability. Certificates are available upon request.

No minimum order quantity (MOQ). We support aerospace CNC machining from single prototypes and low-volume production to full production runs. Each project follows defined engineering, production, inspection, and documentation procedures regardless of order volume.

We provide quality documentation according to project and customer requirements, including inspection reports, First Article Inspection (FAI) reports, and Certificates of Conformance (CoC). PPAP and other quality documentation can also be prepared when required by your program.

Yes. We support single-piece aerospace prototypes, low-volume builds, and production parts. Our engineers review your drawings or 3D CAD models before production, including manufacturability and tolerance requirements. We can provide DFM feedback and a quotation within 24–48 hours. Once approved, the job proceeds through our controlled production and inspection process.

We maintain traceability throughout the aerospace CNC machining process, from incoming material inspection through first-piece inspection, in-process inspection, final inspection, and shipment. Material lot information, production records, inspection results, and quality documentation are linked to the corresponding order. This allows each aerospace component to be traced back to its material lot and inspection history.
