Every tolerance we quote has to be held by a real machine. Below is the full Hanstar equipment list as of 2026 — CNC machining, die casting, injection molding and inspection — with the model, quantity and rated accuracy of each group.
CNC Machining Equipment
Machining is the core of the shop: nine five-axis centers for complex geometry, 49 three- and four-axis machining centers for production volume, and 20 CNC lathes for turned parts — 99 machines in total.

Die Casting Equipment
Eight die casting machines from Toshiba, Bühler and IMPRESS run the Dongguan cell, casting aluminium, zinc and magnesium alloys that then move straight into our own machining and surface finishing lines.

Injection Molding Equipment
Eighteen machines from Haitian, Yizumi, Chen Hsong, Bolead and FANUC cover engineering plastics and glass-fibre reinforced grades, with the all-electric ROBOSHOT cell reserved for the tightest walls and the smallest tolerances.

Inspection Equipment
Inspection is where the tolerance claim is actually proven. Two Zeiss CMMs handle first-article and in-process dimensional checks, a Hexagon arm covers large and awkward parts, and the bench carries a full set of hand gauges for thread, bore and surface checks.
